1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Presencia IA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use this site.
2. Service Description
Presencia IA provides an optimization platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), designed to help brands improve their visibility in artificial intelligence assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Presencia IA offers optional integrations with third-party services to enhance the user experience:
- Google Search Console: You can connect your Google account to access your website's search performance data. This integration is completely optional and requires your explicit authorization through OAuth 2.0.
- By connecting your Google account, you authorize Presencia IA to access your Google Search Console data in read-only mode for GEO analysis purposes.
- You can revoke this authorization at any time from your account settings or from your Google account permissions.
- The use of data obtained through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use
Users commit to using Presencia IA only for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to access systems without authorization
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Violating intellectual property rights
5. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Presencia IA platform, including its software, audit methodologies, algorithms, design, and interface, is the exclusive property of Presencia IA. Audit results generated for the user are their property and may be used freely. The user does not acquire rights over the platform or the underlying technology.
7. Payments and Cancellations
Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billed period. No refunds are issued for partial periods already billed. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
8. Limitation of Liability
Presencia IA is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Optimization recommendations are suggestions based on automated analysis and do not guarantee specific results in AI assistants. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the site.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Presencia IA at any time, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the service, the parties shall attempt to resolve the conflict in good faith. If an agreement is not reached, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
