  • Google Search Console data (optional): If you connect your Google account, we access your website's search performance data through the Google Search Console API (scope webmasters.readonly). This includes: search queries, impressions, clicks, average position, and indexed pages. We also access basic Google profile information (name and email) to identify your account.

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Process audits and analysis of your website

  • Analyze Google Search Console data: If you connect your Google account, we use search performance data exclusively to generate GEO optimization analysis and recommendations within the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we share data with the following service providers that are necessary to operate the platform:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud infrastructure and data storage
  • Stripe: secure payment processing
  • Google APIs: OAuth 2.0 authentication and access to Google Search Console data (only if the user connects their account)
  • When required by law or competent authority

These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Audit data is retained for 12 months after the last audit. Billing data is retained according to applicable tax requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Google API Services Data

Presencia IA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only access Google Search Console data necessary to provide the GEO analysis features requested by the user
  • We do not use Google data for advertising, nor do we sell or transfer it to third parties
  • We do not use Google data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models unrelated to the service
  • Google access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used for authorized functionalities
  • You can revoke access to your Google account at any time from your account settings in Presencia IA or from your Google account permissions settings
  • Upon revoking access, we delete the authentication tokens and session data associated with your Google account

You have the right to:

  • Revoke access to connected third-party services (such as Google Search Console)
